Viewing Your Orders
Check the orders you've processed for tickets, concessions, and donations.
Before You Begin
- Make sure you're logged in and have selected your event.
- You must have the Volunteer role for this event.
Finding Your Orders
Each sales feature has its own order history. To view past orders, tap the scroll icon in the top corner of the relevant screen:
- Ticket orders - From the Sell Tickets screen.
- Concession orders - From the Sell Concessions screen.
- Donation orders - From the Collect Donations screen.
What You'll See
Each order list shows your transactions sorted by most recent. Every order displays:
- Amount - The total charged.
- Payment method - How the order was paid (card type or cash).
- Date and time - When the transaction was processed.
You can search for a specific order using the search bar at the top, and pull down to refresh the list.
Viewing Order Details
Tap any order to view its full details, including a breakdown of the items or donation amount, payment method, and card info (if applicable). From the detail screen, you can also send a receipt.
