Logging In

Sign in to the Maestro app using your Google account, Apple account, or a volunteer QR code.

Before You Begin

  • Make sure you've downloaded the Maestro app on your device.
  • Use the same Google or Apple account that your event organizer has on file for you. If you use a different account, you may not see your events.

Sign In with Google

  1. Open the Maestro app.
  2. Tap Google on the login screen.
  3. Choose your Google account or sign in to one when prompted.
  4. Once authenticated, you'll be taken to the events screen.

Google Sign-In is available on both iPhone and Android.

Sign In with Apple

  1. Open the Maestro app.
  2. Tap Apple on the login screen.
  3. Follow the prompts to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
  4. Once authenticated, you'll be taken to the events screen.

Note: Apple Sign-In is only available on iPhone and iPad. Android users should use Google Sign-In or email login.

Sign In with Email and Password

  1. Open the Maestro app.
  2. Enter your email address and password in the fields provided.
  3. Tap Log In.
  4. Once authenticated, you'll be taken to the events screen.

If you've forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password to reset it through the Marching Maestro website.

Volunteer QR Code Login

If you're volunteering at an event, your organizer may provide you with a QR code to scan instead of using a regular login.

  1. Open the Maestro app.
  2. Tap Volunteer QR Code on the login screen.
  3. A scanner will appear — point your camera at the QR code your organizer gave you.
  4. Once scanned, you'll be logged in and taken to your event.

Tip: QR code login is designed specifically for volunteers. Judges and registrants should use Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email login.
