Adding Notes
Add private written notes for each performance to supplement your scores and commentary.
Before You Begin
- Make sure you're logged in and have selected your event.
- You must have the Judge role with an active assignment.
Writing a Note
- Open the adjudication screen for the performance you want to annotate.
- Tap the Notes field below the scoring criteria.
- Type your notes. These can be as brief or detailed as you like.
Your notes save automatically as you type, so you won't lose anything if you switch between performances.
What Notes Are For
Notes are a personal reference tool. Use them to:
- Jot down observations you want to remember when reviewing scores later.
- Record context that doesn't fit neatly into a score or audio commentary.
- Flag something you want to discuss with other judges or the event host.
Who Can See Your Notes
Notes are visible to you only. They are not shared with registrants.
Tip: If you want to give feedback that registrants can hear, use Recording Commentary instead.
