Creating the Event Schedule
The Event Schedule is the master timeline of everything happening at your event - performances, breaks, and custom items.
Accessing the Event Schedule
From your event dashboard, go to Schedules > Event Schedule in the sidebar.
Schedule Item Types
There are three types of schedule items:
- Performance - Links to a specific registrant in a scoring round. Displays the organization name, group name (if applicable), and scoring round.
- Break - A break in the schedule. No additional details needed.
- Custom - A free-text item for anything else, like ceremonies, warm-ups, or announcements.
Adding a Schedule Item
- Click the Add button (you'll find add buttons between existing items to insert at a specific position, or at the end of the schedule).
- In the dialog, select the Item Type: Performance, Break, or Custom.
- Set the Time for the item.
- For Performance items:
- Select the Scoring Round from the dropdown.
- Select the Registrant from the dropdown (this list is filtered to registrants assigned to the chosen scoring round).
- For Custom items:
- Enter the Item Text that will be displayed on the schedule.
- Toggle Display on website to control whether this item is visible on the public event website. This is enabled by default.
- Click Add Item.
Editing and Deleting Items
- Click the pencil icon on any item to edit its details.
- Click the trash icon to remove an item.
- Use the eye icon to toggle an item's visibility on the public website.
Tip: Items are automatically sorted by time after you save. You don't need to add them in chronological order.
Saving Changes
After adding, editing, or deleting items, a save bar appears at the bottom. Click Save to apply your changes, or Cancel to discard them.
