Creating the Event Schedule

The Event Schedule is the master timeline of everything happening at your event - performances, breaks, and custom items.

Accessing the Event Schedule

From your event dashboard, go to Schedules > Event Schedule in the sidebar.

Schedule Item Types

There are three types of schedule items:

  • Performance - Links to a specific registrant in a scoring round. Displays the organization name, group name (if applicable), and scoring round.
  • Break - A break in the schedule. No additional details needed.
  • Custom - A free-text item for anything else, like ceremonies, warm-ups, or announcements.

Adding a Schedule Item

  1. Click the Add button (you'll find add buttons between existing items to insert at a specific position, or at the end of the schedule).
  2. In the dialog, select the Item Type: Performance, Break, or Custom.
  3. Set the Time for the item.
  4. For Performance items:
  • Select the Scoring Round from the dropdown.
  • Select the Registrant from the dropdown (this list is filtered to registrants assigned to the chosen scoring round).
  1. For Custom items:
  • Enter the Item Text that will be displayed on the schedule.
  1. Toggle Display on website to control whether this item is visible on the public event website. This is enabled by default.
  2. Click Add Item.

Editing and Deleting Items

  • Click the pencil icon on any item to edit its details.
  • Click the trash icon to remove an item.
  • Use the eye icon to toggle an item's visibility on the public website.

Tip: Items are automatically sorted by time after you save. You don't need to add them in chronological order.

Saving Changes

After adding, editing, or deleting items, a save bar appears at the bottom. Click Save to apply your changes, or Cancel to discard them.
