Schedule Settings
Control whether your event schedule is visible to participants and the public.
Accessing Schedule Settings
From your event dashboard, go to Schedules > Settings in the sidebar.
Published Status
The only setting on this page is the Published toggle.
- Published - The schedule is visible to registrants and on the public event website (for items marked as "Display on website").
- Not published - The schedule is hidden from participants. You can still build and edit the schedule in the dashboard, but it won't be visible to anyone outside your team.
Tip: Keep the schedule unpublished while you're still building it. Once everything is finalized, toggle it to "Published" so registrants can view their personalized schedules and the public can see the event timeline.
