Using the Master Schedule

The Master Schedule combines your event schedule with group checkpoints into a single view, showing calculated times for every group and every checkpoint.

Accessing the Master Schedule

From your event dashboard, go to Schedules > Master Schedule in the sidebar.

What the Master Schedule Shows

The Master Schedule is a read-only table that brings together two things:

  1. The event schedule items (performances, breaks, and custom items).
  2. The group schedule checkpoints with times calculated for each performance.

Table Layout

  • Time - The scheduled time of the item.
  • Name - For performances, this shows the organization and group name. For breaks and custom items, it shows the item type or custom text.
  • Checkpoint columns - One column for each unique checkpoint. Each performance row shows the calculated checkpoint time (performance time plus or minus the checkpoint offset).

Break and custom items span across all checkpoint columns with a gray background.

Printing the Master Schedule

Click View Printable Schedule at the top of the page to open a print-friendly version in a new tab. This version is optimized for printing and can be used as a physical reference on event day.

Tip: The printable schedule uses the same layout and data as the on-screen version, formatted for paper.

Empty Schedule

If no schedule items have been created yet, you'll see an empty state. Go to Event Schedule to start adding items.
