Event Billing

Pay the one-time event fee to activate all Marching Maestro features and view your payment receipt.

Accessing Billing

From your event dashboard, go to Event > Billing in the sidebar.

Paying the Event Fee

Before your event is activated, the Billing page displays the Marching Maestro Event Fee. This one-time payment unlocks all features, allowing registrants, volunteers, judges, and patrons to access your event.

  1. Review the fee amount shown on the page.
  2. Complete the Stripe checkout form with your payment details.
  3. Once the payment is processed, your event is fully activated.

Important: Until this fee is paid, participants will not be able to access your event. Features like registration, ticketing, scoring, and streaming all require a paid event.

Viewing Your Receipt

After payment, the Billing page shows a receipt with:

  • The line item ("Marching Maestro Event Fee") with quantity and price.
  • The total amount you paid.
  • The date and time of the payment.
  • The card used (card brand and last 4 digits).
  • A link to download a PDF receipt, if available.
