Event Financials
Track your event's revenue, fees, and profit in real time from the Financials dashboard.
Accessing Financials
From your event dashboard, go to Event > Financials in the sidebar.
Summary Cards
At the top of the page, four cards show your event's financial totals:
- Revenue - Total income from all sources (registrations, tickets, concessions, FanGrams, and donations).
- Fees - Total Marching Maestro and payment processing fees.
- Sales Tax - Total sales tax collected.
- Total Profit - Your net earnings after all fees and taxes are subtracted.
Detailed Breakdown
Below the summary, each revenue stream is broken down in its own table:
Registrations
- Registration fees collected
- Performance deposits collected
- Marching Maestro processing fees (deducted)
- Net registration profit
Tickets
- Ticket sales by card
- Ticket sales by cash
- Marching Maestro processing fees (deducted)
- Sales tax collected (deducted)
- Net ticket profit
Concessions
- Concession sales by card
- Concession sales by cash
- Marching Maestro processing fees (deducted)
- Sales tax collected (deducted)
- Net concession profit
FanGrams
- FanGram sales
- Marching Maestro processing fees (deducted)
- Sales tax collected (deducted)
- Net FanGram profit
Donations
- Donation proceeds
- Marching Maestro processing fees (deducted)
- Net donation profit
Payouts
At the bottom of the Financials page, a link to View Payout Information takes you to the organization-level Payouts page, where you can see when funds will be deposited to your bank account via Stripe Connect.
Tip: Financial data updates in real time as transactions are processed during your event.
