Viewing Your Recordings
Browse, play, share, and manage your recorded commentary.
Before You Begin
- Make sure you're logged in and have selected your event.
- You must have previously recorded commentary for at least one performance.
Finding Your Recordings
From the adjudication flow, tap View Recordings to see all commentary files for that caption and registration. Recordings are sorted by newest first, and each entry shows the date/time and file size.
Playing a Recording
Tap a recording to open the detail screen with the audio player. From here you can play, pause, and scrub through the audio.
Sharing a Recording
From the recording detail screen, tap the export icon in the top corner. This opens your device's share menu, letting you send the audio file via messages, email, AirDrop, or any other sharing option available on your device.
Re-uploading a Recording
If a recording didn't upload correctly, tap into the recording detail screen and tap Reupload Commentary. This sends the file to the event host's system again.
Importing an Audio File
Tap the add file icon in the header of the recordings list to import an audio file from your device. This is useful if you recorded commentary outside the app and want to attach it to a performance.
Deleting a Recording
Swipe right on a recording in the list to reveal the delete option. This removes the file from your device.
Tip: Review your recordings soon after judging while the performance is still fresh. If the audio quality isn't clear enough, you can re-record before scores are released.
