Managing Your Account
View your profile, check app info, get help, and log out from the Settings screen.
Before You Begin
- Make sure you're logged in to the Maestro app.
Opening Settings
Tap your avatar (profile picture) in the top-right corner of the screen. This opens the Settings screen.
Your Profile
At the top of Settings, you'll see your name and email address. If you signed in with a volunteer QR code, it will show Guest User instead.
To edit your profile, tap Edit Profile. This option is available for users who signed in with Google, Apple, or email - not for QR code guest sessions.
Logging Out
To log out, tap your profile section at the top of the Settings screen. You'll see a confirmation prompt asking "Are you sure you want to logout?" — tap OK to sign out, or Cancel to stay signed in.
After logging out, you'll be returned to the login screen.
App Info
Toward the bottom of the Settings screen, you'll find technical details about your app installation:
- Version - The version of the Maestro app you have installed.
- Build Number - The specific build number.
- Update ID - A short identifier for the latest over-the-air update applied to your app.
These details are helpful if you ever need to contact support.
Getting Help
The Settings screen also includes:
- Troubleshooting — Common fixes for issues you might run into.
- Contact Support — Opens a support chat where you can reach the Marching Maestro team directly.
Deleting Your Account
If you need to delete your Marching Maestro account, tap Delete Account at the bottom of the Settings screen. This will open a page in your browser where you can complete the process.
Important: Deleting your account is permanent. You'll lose access to all events and data associated with your account. This option is not available for guest (QR code) sessions.
