FanGram Settings

The FanGram Settings page lets you control whether FanGrams are available for your event, customize the display name, and set the price.

FanGrams Availability

This toggle controls whether attendees can purchase FanGrams on your event website.

  • On - "FanGrams enabled"
  • Off - "FanGrams disabled"

Important: You must complete payment for your event before enabling FanGrams. If payment hasn't been completed, you'll see a prompt to go to the Event Billing page first.

FanGram Name

By default, the feature is called "FanGram" on your event website. If you'd like to use a different name, enter it here. The custom name will replace "FanGram" throughout your event website.

FanGram Price

Set the price attendees pay for each FanGram. The price selector shows a breakdown of fees so you can see exactly what the buyer pays and what you receive:

  • Minimum price - $1.00
  • Maximum price - $10,000.00

The fee breakdown includes Marching Maestro fees, Stripe processing fees, and sales tax (if enabled for your event).
