FanGrams Feed
The FanGrams Feed is where you manage FanGrams during your event. As you announce each FanGram, mark it as read here so buyers receive a push notification that their message has been shared.
Feed Layout
FanGrams are split into two groups:
- Read before performances - FanGrams tied to a specific performing group. These are meant to be read before that group takes the field.
- Read ASAP - FanGrams not tied to a specific group. These should be read at your earliest convenience during the event.
On mobile, these appear as two tabs. On larger screens, they display side by side.
Each group header shows a count badge with the number of FanGrams in that category.
Filtering by Group
In the "Read before performances" section, use the Group dropdown to filter FanGrams by a specific performing group. Select "All" to see FanGrams for every group.
FanGram Cards
FanGrams are organized under headers showing the organization name (and group name, if applicable). Each card displays the buyer's message. Mark a FanGram as read to notify the buyer that their message has been announced.
Refreshing the Feed
Click the refresh icon next to each section header to fetch the latest FanGrams. The icon spins while data is loading.
