Ticketing Settings
The Ticketing Settings page has toggles that control ticket sales for your event.
Ticket Sales
- Sales Enabled - Tickets are available for purchase on your event website and through the Marching Maestro app.
- Sales Disabled - Ticket sales are turned off.
Important: Ticket sales require your event to be paid. If you haven't completed payment, you'll see a prompt to "Unlock Ticketing with Payment" with a link to the Event Billing page.
Cash Ticket Sales
This setting only appears when ticket sales are enabled.
- Cash Sales Enabled - Volunteers can accept cash payments for tickets through the Marching Maestro mobile app.
- Cash Sales Disabled - Only card payments are accepted.
