Ticketing Overview
The Ticketing Overview page shows a summary of your ticket sales and financial details.
Summary Cards
Three cards at the top display key metrics for completed, non-complimentary orders:
- Total tickets sold - The total number of tickets purchased.
- Avg. tickets per order - The average number of tickets per order, shown to one decimal place.
- Avg. order amount - The average dollar amount per order.
Financial Details
The financial details table breaks down your ticket revenue:
- Ticket Sales - Card - Total revenue from card payments.
- Ticket Sales - Cash - Total revenue from cash payments.
- Marching Maestro Fees - Platform fees deducted from your revenue (shown as a negative value).
- Sales Tax - Tax collected (shown as a negative value, if applicable).
- Profit - Your net earnings after fees and tax.
Ticket Details
Below the financial summary, a ticket details table shows per-ticket-type metrics including the number of paid tickets sold, complimentary tickets issued, and tickets scanned at the event.
