Managing Ticket Orders

The Ticket Orders page lets you view, search, and manage all ticket orders for your event.

Searching Orders

Use the search bar to find orders by email address or card number. Type your search term and press Enter, or click the X to clear the search.

Exporting Orders

Click the Export button to download all ticket orders as a CSV file named "ticket_orders.csv".

Orders Table

The table displays the following columns:

  • Order ID - The first 8 characters of the order ID, shown as a clickable link.
  • Purchase Date - When the order was placed.
  • Email - The buyer's email address.
  • Source - Where the order came from: "Web" (with globe icon) for online purchases, or "In-person" (with devices icon) for sales made through the mobile app.
  • Payment Type - "CARD" or "CASH".
  • Payment Card - The card brand and last 4 digits (for card payments only).
  • Amount - The order total, or "Complimentary" for free tickets.
  • Status - A color-coded chip showing the order status.

Click an order ID or the eye icon to view the full order details.

Order Details

Clicking an order opens a modal with complete information:

  • Order ID, date, status, and email (as a clickable mailto link).
  • Payment card details (for card payments).
  • A list of tickets purchased, showing ticket type name, quantity, and price per ticket.
  • Sales tax (if applicable).
  • Total amount or "Complimentary".
  • Refund reason (if the order has been refunded).

Issuing a Refund

For card payments, the order details modal includes an Issue Refund button. Click it to open the refund modal:

  1. Confirm or edit the email address to send the refund notification to.
  2. Enter an optional reason for the refund.
  3. Choose whether to invalidate tickets so they can no longer be scanned.
  4. Click Refund.

Note: Refunds can only be issued for card payments. Once refunded, the button changes to "Refunded" and cannot be clicked again.

Deleting Cash Orders

For cash payments, the order details modal includes a Delete Order button. A confirmation warning explains: "Are you sure you want to delete this cash ticket order? It will be removed from all ticketing and financial reporting. This action cannot be reversed."

Sending a Receipt

For any order, click Send Receipt in the order details modal. Confirm or edit the email address and click Send to email a receipt to the buyer.

Viewing Tickets

Click View Tickets in the order details modal to open the ticket page in a new tab, showing the actual tickets associated with the order.
