App Status Indicators

The App Status column shows one of several states:

  • Connected (green chip with wifi/cellular/ethernet icon) - The judge has the app open and is connected to the internet on the correct event.
  • Not connected (red chip with crossed-out icon) - The judge's app shows no internet connection.
  • Incorrect event (red chip with warning icon) - The judge has the app open but is viewing a different event. Hover over the chip to see the tooltip.
  • Installed but not open (plain text, row faded) - The judge has installed the app but it hasn't reported a status update in the last 10 seconds, meaning the app is not currently active.
  • App not installed (plain text, row faded) - The judge has no status record at all.

Tip: If a judge shows "Incorrect event," reach out to them and ask them to switch to the correct event in the app.
