Tools: QR Codes & Mobile App
Use the built-in QR code generator and share mobile app download links with your event team.
Accessing Tools
From your event dashboard, go to Tools in the sidebar. You'll find two tools: QR Code Generator and Mobile App.
QR Code Generator
The QR code generator lets you create QR codes for any content - links, text, or other data.
Creating a QR Code
- Go to Tools > QR Code Generator.
- Enter your content in the Content field. This can be a URL, text, or any other data you'd like to encode.
- Use the Size slider to adjust the QR code size from 100 to 1,000 pixels (in 25-pixel increments). The default is 200 pixels.
- A live preview of the QR code appears as you type.
- Click Download QR Code to save the image to your device.
Tip: This tool is great for creating QR codes to link to your event website, ticket purchase page, or donation page. You can print them for display at your event venue.
Mobile App
The Mobile App page provides information about the Marching Maestro mobile app and download links for your event team.
The app is available for:
- iOS - Download from the Apple App Store.
- Android - Download from Google Play.
The mobile app is used by:
- Volunteers to scan tickets, sell tickets, and sell concessions.
- Judges to submit scores and record commentary.
- Registrants to view their schedule, check scores, and listen to commentary.
Share the download links with your team so they can install the app before event day.
