Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is your home base for managing events in Marching Maestro. Here's a tour of what you'll find.
Organization-Level Navigation
When you first land on the dashboard, you'll see the organization-level view. The sidebar on the left has four main sections:
- Events - Your list of events. This is the default view when you log in.
- Circuits - Manage circuits (multi-event series) if applicable.
- Payouts - View your financial payout information and Stripe Connect details.
- Users - Manage who has access to your organization.
Note: The Circuits and Payouts options may be hidden depending on your organization's configuration and your user role.
Events List
The Events page shows all events for your organization. From here you can:
- View your upcoming and past events.
- Click an event to open its dashboard.
- Create a new event (if you have write access).
Event Dashboard
When you click into an event, the sidebar expands to show all the management sections available for that event:
- Dashboard - Event overview and quick stats.
- Event - Financials, Billing, Users, and Settings.
- Registration - Overview, Registrants, Divisions, Performance Classes, Questions, and Settings.
- Volunteering - Volunteers, Tasks, and Settings.
- Scoring - Scoring Systems, Scoring Rounds, Tabulation, Judges, Judge App Status, Commentary, Awards, and Settings.
- Communication - Announcements, Messages, and Files.
- Schedules - Event Schedule, Group Schedules, Master Schedule, and Settings.
- Tickets - Overview, Ticket Types, Send Tickets, Orders, and Settings.
- Concessions - Overview, Menu, Orders, and Settings.
- FanGrams - Overview, Announcer Feed, Orders, and Settings.
- Streaming - Overview, Streams, Orders, and Settings.
- Donations - Overview and Settings.
- Website - Preview, Content, and Settings.
- Tools - QR Code Generator and Mobile App info.
Getting Help
At the bottom of the sidebar, click Get Help to open the support chat and reach the Marching Maestro team directly.
