I Don't See My Event
If you've logged in to the Maestro app but your event isn't showing up, here's how to fix it.
Pull to Refresh
Your event may have been added after you last opened the app. Pull down on the events list to refresh it. If the event was recently created or you were just added, it may take a moment to appear.
Check That You're Using the Right Account
You need to sign in with the same email address your event organizer used when adding you. If you signed in with a different Google or Apple account, your events won't show up.
To check which account you're using:
- Tap your avatar in the top-right corner to open Settings.
- Your email address is shown at the top of the screen.
- If it's the wrong account, log out and sign back in with the correct one.
Ask Your Event Organizer
If your email is correct and you still don't see the event:
- Your organizer may not have added you yet. Ask them to confirm you've been added to the event on the Marching Maestro dashboard.
- Your organizer may have used a different email address for you. Ask them to double-check the email they entered.
- The event may not have been published yet. Ask your organizer if the event is live.
Once your organizer makes any changes, pull to refresh or log out and back in to see the update.
Check the Date Tabs
The events list has tabs for Past, Today, and Future. Make sure you're looking at the right tab - your event may be under Future if it hasn't started yet, or Past if it already happened.

If none of the above steps help, reach out to Marching Maestro support. In the app, tap your avatar in the top-right corner, then tap Contact Support. On the website, tap the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.
