Registering for an Event

If an event has registration open, you can register your performing group directly from the event's website.

How to Register

You'll need a Marching Maestro account to register. If you're not logged in, the form will prompt you to log in or create an account first.

  1. Navigate to the event website and click the registration link.
  2. Fill out the registration form, which may include:
  • Your organization and group information.
  • A performance class selection (if the event uses performance classes).
  • Answers to custom questions set by the event organizer.
  1. Complete payment if a registration fee is required. Payment methods depend on what the organizer has enabled (credit card, check, or both).
  2. Submit your registration.

After submitting, your registration is typically set to "Pending" until the event organizer reviews and accepts it.

Note: Some events use invite codes to control registration access. If registration appears closed, check with the event organizer for an invite link.

Checking Your Registration Status

After registering, visit My Registrations to see all your registrations and their current status (Pending, Accepted, or Rejected).
