Managing Your Registration
The My Registrations page shows all events you're registered for, organized into upcoming and past events.
Registration Cards
Each registration appears as a card showing:
- The event name.
- Your registration status (Accepted, Pending, or Rejected).
- The event date.
- Your organization and group name.
Upcoming events are listed by date. Past events appear in a separate section below, with the most recent events first.
Registration Details
Click any registration card to view the full details page. This shows your registration status, organization, group, performance class, and event date. If your registration was rejected, the rejection reason is shown.
Available Features
Once your registration is accepted, you can access several features from the details page:
- Files - View files shared by the event organizer.
- Messages - Send and receive messages with the event organizer.
- Schedule - View your group's performance schedule with checkpoint times.
- Scores - View released scores and recaps for your performances.
- Commentary - Listen to released judge commentary.
- Staff - Invite and manage staff members for your group (available to the primary registrant only).
- Receipts - View and download receipts for registration fees and performance deposits (available to the primary registrant only).
Note: These features are disabled until your registration has been accepted.
Pending Circuit Registrations
If you have any pending circuit registrations, an alert appears at the top of the My Registrations page listing the circuits awaiting approval.
