Managing Circuit Registrants

The Registrants page lists all groups that have registered for your circuit. You can search, filter, sort, export, and approve or reject registrations.

Registration Overview

The Registration Overview page shows summary cards with counts of:

  • Accepted registrations
  • Pending registrations
  • Rejected registrations

A financial details table below shows registration fee revenue and Marching Maestro fees for paid registrations.

Registrants Table

The table displays all registrations with the following columns:

  • Organization Name - The registrant's organization (clickable link to their detail page).
  • Group Name - The performing group name.
  • Location - City and state.
  • Contact - The contact person for the registration.
  • Payment Method - An icon indicating how they paid: check, credit card, or invite.
  • Submission Date - When the registration was submitted.
  • Status - Accepted, Pending, or Rejected.

Filtering by Status

Three tabs above the table let you filter by status: Accepted, Pending, and Rejected. Each tab shows the count of registrations in that status. The page defaults to the Pending tab if any pending registrations exist.

Searching

Use the search bar to filter registrants by name. Searches match partial text up to 100 characters.

Sorting

Click the Organization Name, Group Name, or Submission Date column headers to sort the table. Click again to reverse the sort direction.

Exporting

Click Export CSV to download all registrant data as a CSV file named "registrations.csv".

Viewing Registrant Details

Click an organization name to view the full registration detail page. This shows the registrant's complete information including all question responses and the registration fee charged at the time of submission.

Approving or Rejecting Registrations

On a pending registrant's detail page, two buttons appear:

  • Accept - Immediately approves the registration and sets the status to Accepted.
  • Reject - Opens a confirmation modal where you can optionally provide a rejection reason. The registrant is notified of the decision.

Once a registrant has been accepted or rejected, their status is displayed as a badge on the detail page.
