Circuit Registration Settings
The Registration section of your circuit lets you control how groups sign up, what they pay, and what information they provide.
Registration Status
This toggle controls whether new registrations are accepted.
- On - "Registration Open"
- Off - "Registration Closed"
Registration Message
An optional message displayed to registrants during the signup process. You can use this to share important information like deadlines, requirements, or special instructions. Limited to 1,000 characters.
Registration Payments
Configure how registrants pay their registration fee:
- Check - Accept payment by check.
- Digital - Accept online credit card payment.
- All - Accept both check and digital payments.
When check payments are enabled (Check or All), two additional fields appear:
- Make checks payable to - The name registrants should write on their checks (for example, "Central High School Band Boosters").
- Remit address - The mailing address where checks should be sent.
Registration Fee
Check Collect registration fee to charge groups when they register. When enabled, a price selector appears:
- Minimum fee - $25.00
- Maximum fee - $10,000.00
The selector shows a breakdown of the registration fee and the Marching Maestro platform fee, so you can see the total cost displayed to registrants.
Registration Questions
The Questions page lets you build a custom form that registrants fill out during signup. You can add, edit, reorder, and delete questions.
Adding Questions
Click Add Another Question to add a new question to the form. Each question has:
- Question text - A rich text field for the question prompt.
- Question type - Choose from:
- Single-line text - A short text input.
- Multi-line text - A longer text area.
- Selection - A dropdown where registrants pick from predefined options.
- Signature - A signature pad for collecting signatures.
- Required - Check this box to make the question mandatory.
- Choices - For Selection type questions, enter the options as a comma-separated list (for example, "Option 1, Option 2, Option 3").
Reordering Questions
Drag and drop questions to change the order they appear on the registration form.
Deleting Questions
Click the trash icon on any question to remove it from the form.
Saving Changes
A save bar appears when you have unsaved changes. Click Save to publish your updates or Cancel to revert.
