Circuit Events & Financials

Circuit Settings

The Circuit Settings page lets you edit your circuit's basic information:

  • Circuit Name - The display name of your circuit.
  • Description - A short description shown when your circuit website link is shared on social media. Limited to 1,000 characters.

Managing Circuit Events

The Events page displays all events in your circuit as horizontal cards. Each card shows the event name, date, location, registrant count, and registration status.

Adding Events

Click Add Event to create a new event within the circuit. This takes you to the new event form with the circuit pre-selected.

Adding Registrations to Events

Each event card has an Add Registration button. Click it to open a popover where you can:

  1. Select a registration from the dropdown.
  2. Choose a performance class.
  3. Submit to add the registrant to that event.

Registrations are grouped by performance class within each event card.

Removing Registrations

Click the X icon next to any registration within an event card to remove it. A confirmation modal appears before the registration is removed.

Circuit Financials

The Financials page provides a financial summary across all events in the circuit.

Summary Cards

Three cards at the top show:

  • Revenue - Total amount collected from registrations.
  • Fees - Marching Maestro platform fees.
  • Total Profit - Net revenue after fees.

Financial Details

The registrations table breaks down:

  • Registration Fees - Total registration payments collected.
  • Marching Maestro Fees - Platform fees as a deduction.
  • Profit - The sum of both line items.

Only paid registrations (those with a payment method on file) are included in the totals.
