Volunteering Settings
The Volunteering Settings page controls whether volunteers can sign up for your event and whether the signup form appears on your event website.
Volunteer Signup Status
This toggle controls whether new volunteers can sign up.
- On - "Signup Open"
- Off - "Signup Closed"
Important: You must complete payment for your event before enabling volunteer signups. If payment hasn't been completed, you'll see a prompt to go to the Event Billing page first.
Show Volunteer Signup on Website
This toggle controls whether the volunteer signup section is visible on your public event website.
- On - "Show on Website"
- Off - "Hide from Website"
Tip: This setting only takes effect when volunteer signup is enabled. If signup is closed, the volunteer section won't appear on your website regardless of this setting.
