Sending Tickets

You can send complimentary (free) tickets to anyone via email, such as VIP guests, sponsors, or staff members.

Sending Complimentary Tickets

  1. Go to Tickets > Send Tickets.
  2. If you haven't created any ticket types yet, you'll see a message with a Go to Ticket Types button to set them up first.
  3. Select the ticket types and quantities you want to send using the ticket selection form.
  4. Enter the recipient's Email address.
  5. Click Send Tickets.

Once sent successfully, the button changes to "Sent!" and a Send more tickets link appears so you can send additional tickets without navigating away.

Note: Complimentary tickets are free and do not count towards your financial totals. They do appear in the orders list with an "Complimentary" label.
