Creating Custom Registration Questions
Add custom questions to your registration form to collect additional information from registrants.
Accessing Registration Questions
From your event dashboard, go to Registration > Questions in the sidebar.
Note: If your event belongs to a circuit, registration questions are managed at the circuit level. You'll see a message directing you to the circuit's registration questions page.
Adding a Question
- Click Add Another Question.
- Select a Question type from the dropdown:
- Single-line text - A short text input for brief answers.
- Multi-line text - A larger text area for longer responses.
- Selection - A dropdown where the registrant chooses from predefined options.
- Signature - A signature field for the registrant to sign.
- Enter the Question Text. This is what the registrant will see on the form. The text editor supports basic formatting.
- For Selection type questions, enter the possible choices separated by commas in the Choices field. Example: "Option 1, Option 2, Option 3".
- Check the Required checkbox if you want the question to be mandatory.
Reordering Questions
Drag and drop questions to reorder them. The order shown on this page is the exact order registrants will see the questions on the registration form.
Deleting a Question
Click the trash icon in the top-right corner of any question to remove it.
Saving Changes
When you add, edit, reorder, or delete questions, a save bar appears at the bottom of the page. Click Save to commit your changes, or Cancel to discard them. Changes are not applied until you save.
