Adding Tickets to Wallet
You can add your event tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy access at the venue.
Tip: Adding tickets to your wallet means you don't need to keep track of confirmation emails or order pages - your tickets are always accessible from your phone's lock screen or wallet app.
Adding to Apple Wallet
From your order confirmation page or shared tickets page, click the Add to Apple Wallet option. This generates a pass file that opens in your iPhone's Wallet app. The pass includes your ticket details and QR code for scanning at the gate.
Adding to Google Wallet
Click the Add to Google Wallet option to save your tickets to Google Wallet on your Android device. The pass includes the same ticket details and QR code.
Using Wallet Passes at the Venue
When you arrive at the event, open your phone's wallet app and present the ticket pass to be scanned. Each ticket has its own unique QR code, so if you have multiple tickets, each one needs to be scanned individually.
