Viewing & Sharing Tickets
After purchasing tickets, you can view them anytime and share individual tickets with other people.
Viewing Your Tickets
Your ticket order confirmation page displays all your tickets with QR codes. Each ticket shows:
- The ticket type.
- A unique QR code for venue entry.
You can also find your ticket orders through the Order History page.
Sharing Tickets
If you purchased tickets for other people, you can share individual tickets:
- On your order confirmation page, click the Share button.
- The sharing interface lets you select which tickets to share and enter the recipient's information.
- The recipient receives a link to view their shared tickets.
Receiving Shared Tickets
If someone shares tickets with you, you'll receive a link to a page showing your shared tickets with QR codes. The page displays:
- The event name.
- Your ticket details with QR codes for venue entry.
- Options to add tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Tip: Save the shared tickets link or add the tickets to your phone wallet so you have them ready at the gate.
