Website Settings
The Website Settings page controls your event website's availability, web address, and display image.
Website Availability
This toggle controls whether your event website is publicly accessible on marchingmaestro.com.
- On - "Website enabled"
- Off - "Website disabled"
Important: You must complete payment for your event before enabling your website. If payment hasn't been completed, you'll see a prompt to go to the Event Billing page first.
Slug
The slug is the unique part of your event's web address on Marching Maestro. For example, if your slug is "state-finals-2026", your event website will be at marchingmaestro.com/events/state-finals-2026.
Warning: Changing the slug updates your event's web address for ticket sales, volunteer signups, and everything else. Any links you've already shared using the old slug will stop working.
Image
Upload an image to display on your event website. This image is also used when your event website link is shared on social media. If no custom image is uploaded, a default placeholder image is shown.
