Managing Streams

The Streams page is where you create and manage the live streams for your event. Marching Maestro uses Mux for video streaming infrastructure.

Streams List

The streams table shows your configured streams with:

• Reorder arrows for changing the display order
• The stream name
• A Show Stream Info button to view streaming credentials
• Edit (pencil) and receipt icons

Creating a Stream

1. Click Add New Stream.
2. Enter a Name for the stream (up to 50 characters). A character counter is shown.
3. Complete the payment for the stream using the Stripe checkout form that appears. Each stream has a one-time setup fee.
4. Once payment is confirmed, the stream is created.

Note: Creating a stream requires a one-time fee. The payment form appears directly in the modal after you enter the stream name.

Stream Info

Click Show Stream Info on any stream to view the streaming credentials and setup instructions. The modal has two tabs:

Mobile App Tab

Provides links to download the Marching Maestro mobile app for iOS and Android, which can be used to broadcast the stream directly.

Custom Streaming Tab

Displays the credentials needed to stream from external software (such as OBS):

• Mux Stream ID - The unique identifier for your stream.
• Stream Key - The authentication key for your stream.
• RTMP URL - The standard RTMP streaming URL.
• Secure RTMP URL - The encrypted RTMP streaming URL.
• SRT URL - The SRT streaming URL.
• SRT Passphrase - The passphrase for SRT streaming.

Each field has a copy button so you can easily paste the values into your streaming software.

Editing a Stream

Click the pencil icon to edit a stream's name.

Reordering Streams

Use the up and down arrows to change the order of your streams.
