Creating Your Account

Sign up for a Marching Maestro dashboard account to start managing events.

Creating an Account with Email

  1. Go to the Marching Maestro dashboard and click Sign Up.
  2. Fill in the following fields:
  • First & Last Name - Your full name.
  • Email - The email address you want to use for your account.
  • Password - Must meet the following requirements:
    • At least 1 uppercase letter
    • At least 1 lowercase letter
    • At least 1 number
    • At least 8 characters long
  • Confirm Password - Re-enter your password to confirm.
  1. Click Continue.
  2. Check your email inbox for a verification message from Marching Maestro. Follow the link in the email to verify your account.

Tip: If you don't see the verification email, check your spam or junk folder. It may take a few minutes to arrive.

Once verified, you'll see a confirmation page with a Get Started button that takes you to the dashboard.

Signing Up with Google or Apple

Instead of creating a password, you can sign up using your Google or Apple account. On the login page, click Google or Apple below the "OR" divider to sign in with your existing account.

Setting Up Your Profile

After your first sign-in, you may be asked to complete your profile setup:

  1. Enter your Name (required).
  2. Optionally upload an Avatar image. Your avatar is shown in certain places across Marching Maestro, such as in chat conversations. Accepted formats are PNG, JPG, and WebP.
  3. Click Save & Continue.

Next Steps

After signing in, you'll be prompted to create an organization if you don't already belong to one.
