Checking the Event Schedule
View the performance schedule for your group, including times and descriptions.
Before You Begin
- Make sure you're on the registrant home screen with your event selected.
- If you have multiple groups, switch to the correct group first.
How to View the Schedule
- From the registrant home screen, tap Schedule.
- You'll see the Group Schedule screen with a list of scheduled items for your group.
Each item shows:
- Name - The name of the scheduled activity or performance.
- Time - When it takes place.
- Description - Additional details about the activity.
No Schedule Available?
If you see "Group schedule not available," your event organizer may not have published the schedule yet. Pull down on the screen to refresh and check for updates.
