Buying a FanGram
FanGrams are purchasable messages that get announced during an event. If the event organizer has enabled FanGrams, you can buy one from the event website.
Purchasing a FanGram
- Navigate to the event website and click the FanGrams link.
- Choose whether your FanGram should be read before a specific performing group takes the field, or read as soon as possible during the event.
- Write your message.
- Complete the Stripe checkout to pay for your FanGram.
After checkout, you'll see an order confirmation page with your FanGram details. A confirmation email is also sent to your email address.
Note: The event organizer may use a custom name for FanGrams. The feature works the same way regardless of what it's called on the event website.
Viewing Your FanGram
You can view your FanGram order details from the order confirmation page or from your Order History. The order page shows your message, the purchase date, payment details, and order status.
Editing Your FanGram
If you need to change your FanGram message after purchasing, you can edit it from the order details page - provided the event hasn't already announced it.
Getting Notified
When the event announces your FanGram, you'll receive a push notification through the Marching Maestro app (if installed) letting you know your message has been read.
